* Developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors * Structuring and developing the sales strategy for institutional investors in Germany and Europe. * Active product launch, including the preparation of marketing/product launch plans, organisation and implementation of roadshows, client meetings and investor events * Working on and implementing a public relations strategy for Germany * Continued development of the product range based on future customer needs * Further defining the market segments to be targeted, as well as prioritising sales channels and product development requirements for marketing needs * Contributing to client onboarding (e.g. overseeing the coordination of tenders, site visits and due diligence meetings)
* Successfully completed studies in real estate or finance. * Several years of relevant professional experience in financial services within equity raising, investor relations, client relation teams or similar, preferably in the real estate industry * Proven track record in building and developing client relationships * Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively internally and externally in German and English * Strong acquisition skills and negotiation skills at all decision-making levels * Very high customer and service orientation * Exact and independent way of working with high quality standards * Fluent in written and spoken German and English
